Prolific shoplifter charged

Good Morning,

Yesterday prolific shoplifter Jake Beamish was arrested for theft. He was later arrested for 19 other theft offences across the Wigan District including areas Robin Park, Worsley Mesnes, Pemberton and Poolstock. An application for a criminal behaviour order against this offender has been requested and will hopefully be granted at a later sentencing hearing.
